How do I join the Dream Team?
The first step to joining the Dream Team is attending Pizza with Pastors! After each in-person service, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our Connect Team next to the giant robot in the Lobby. They’ll help you get registered for our next Pizza with Pastors training session. You can also sign up for the next one here.
Pizza with Pastors is where you’ll hear our Pastors share the heart and story behind Venue – who we are, why we started, and what defines Venue Church. You’ll hear about our vision, our values, and the culture that shapes everything we do. We’ll walk through what it means to call Venue home, how to get connected by joining a Small Groups, and volunteering on the Dream Team, and why generosity, accountability, and prayer are foundational to our church. Whether you’re brand new or considering making Venue your church family, this talk will help you understand the why behind what we do and how you can be part of it.
To finish off your training, you will have the opportunity to ask the team any questions that you might have. After the event, you will be invited to join a team if you wish!
Why should I join the Dream Team?
At Venue Church, the Dream Team is a group of incredible people who get to serve together every week—while having ridiculous amounts of fun! We believe that you will only find your purpose when you help someone else find theirs. We serve to save others! There’s an opportunity for everyone to serve, whether you prefer working with kids, greeting people with a smile, or helping with the production aspect.
