Next Steps is the backstage pass to Venue Church! This is where you hear the real WHY behind what we do, but also the How and What. You’ll also find out how to get more involved and what we really care about. It’s straight-up Venue Culture and how we do things around here. 

After each in-person service, you’ll be offered the opportunity to meet with our Next Steps hosts at our 7-Minute Party in the Lobby. From there, you can register to attend our Pizza with Pastors Training session that takes place on the last Sunday of each month. Take a peek through the topics below that will be covered.

Part 1: Find Hope

Come hear Pastor Corey tell the story of why Venue Church was created and how it works. He handles something we call The 4 Human Needs and will show you how Venue is built around them. Every person needs to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. 

Part 2: Build Influence

Everybody has influence in the lives of people. There are 4 things you will need to overcome for your influence to grow: insecurity, fear, inadequacy, and reluctance. Pastor Corey teaches 4 exceptional qualities we embrace at Venue that will help you get better, so your people get better and your influence can increase.

Part 3: By Design & Dream Team

This is where the magic happens, where the church becomes my church. It starts when you’re not coming to Venue for yourself anymore. We want your church experience to move from watching to being involved. This session begins with a quick chat about the fun Personality Profile test that you took while registering. It’s a fun way to help you discover your design. Design reveals destiny! Once you find your design, we’ll get you plugged into helping people find a real connection with God and others.
